This Privacy Policy explains how Dirt Road Poker ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit dirtroadpoker.com / play.dirtroadpoker.com and purchase the Dirt Road Poker guide. By using the site or buying the product, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Email address — provided at checkout so we can deliver your purchase and access link and provide support.
• Purchase & transaction details — order amount, date, and a payment confirmation token. We do not collect or store your full card number (see Payments).
• Access cookie — a single essential cookie that confirms you have purchased, so the games unlock. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
• Technical logs — standard server/CDN logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) kept by our host for security and to operate the service.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We never see or store your full payment-card details — they are handled directly by Stripe under PCI-DSS standards. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

How we use information

• To deliver the product and grant access to the guide and games.
• To provide customer support and send purchase-related emails (receipts, access links).
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and chargebacks, and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and security.
• Service providers strictly as needed to operate the service, and authorities where required by law.

Data retention

We keep purchase and email records as long as needed to provide access, support, and meet tax and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of certain processing. To make a request, email info@dirtroadpoker.com.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

International users

The service is operated from the United States; by using it you understand your information may be processed there.

Changes

We may update this policy; the "Effective" date above shows the latest version. Material changes will be posted here.
